သုံးစွဲမှု စည်းမျဉ်း
၁။ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု
SHWE Marketplace သည် အသုံးပြုသူချင်း ပစ္စည်း၊ အလုပ်၊ အခန်း၊ ဝန်ဆောင်မှု အချက်အလက် မျှဝေရန် နေရာ (platform) တစ်ခုသာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ အရောင်းအဝယ်စာချုပ်သည် အသုံးပြုသူချင်းကြား ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျွန်ုပ်တို့ ပါဝင်မှု မရှိပါ။ App က ငွေ မကိုင်ပါ၊ ကော်မရှင် မယူပါ။
၂။ အကောင့်
မှန်ကန်သော အချက်အလက်ဖြင့် မှတ်ပုံတင်ပါ။ အကောင့်ကို အခြားသူအား ရောင်းချ/လွှဲပြောင်း မပြုရပါ။
၃။ တားမြစ်ချက်များ
- ပိတ်ပင်ထားသော ပစ္စည်းများ ကို တင်ခြင်း
- လိမ်လည်ခြင်း၊ ငွေကြိုတောင်းခြင်း၊ အခြားသူအယောင်ဆောင်ခြင်း
- Hundi အပါအဝင် လိုင်စင်မဲ့ ငွေလွှဲဝန်ဆောင်မှု
- အလုပ်ရှာသူထံမှ အခကြေးငွေ တောင်းခြင်း၊ အလုပ်လုပ်ခွင့်မရှိသူကို ခန့်ခြင်း (職業安定法・入管法)
- အခန်းကို ငှားခွင့်မရှိဘဲ ပြန်ငှားခြင်း (又貸し)၊ လိုင်စင်မဲ့ အကျိုးဆောင်ခြင်း (宅建業法)
- နှောင့်ယှက်ခြင်း၊ spam၊ အခြားသူ၏ ကိုယ်ရေးအချက်အလက် တင်ခြင်း
၄။ အလုပ်နှင့် အခန်း post များ
အလုပ်နှင့် အခန်း post များကို စီမံခန့်ခွဲသူ စစ်ဆေးပြီးမှ ပြပါတယ်။ စစ်ဆေးခြင်းသည် post ၏ မှန်ကန်မှုကို အာမခံခြင်း မဟုတ်ပါ။
၅။ စီမံခန့်ခွဲမှု
စည်းမျဉ်းချိုးဖောက်ပါက ကြိုတင်အကြောင်းကြားခြင်းမရှိဘဲ post ဖျက်ခြင်း၊ ဖျောက်ခြင်း၊ အကောင့်ပိတ်ခြင်း ပြုလုပ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ဥပဒေအရ လိုအပ်ပါက သက်ဆိုင်ရာ အာဏာပိုင်ထံ အချက်အလက် ပေးနိုင်ပါတယ်။
၆။ တာဝန်ကန့်သတ်ချက်
အသုံးပြုသူချင်း အရောင်းအဝယ်၊ ပစ္စည်း အရည်အသွေး၊ ငွေပေးချေမှုဆိုင်ရာ အငြင်းပွားမှုများကို အသုံးပြုသူများကိုယ်တိုင် ဖြေရှင်းရပါမယ်။ ကျွန်ုပ်တို့၏ ပြင်းထန်သော ပေါ့ဆမှု (故意・重過失) မှလွဲ၍ ထိုအငြင်းပွားမှုများအတွက် တာဝန်မယူပါ။
၇။ ပြင်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ ဥပဒေ
ဒီစည်းမျဉ်းကို ပြင်ဆင်ပါက ဒီစာမျက်နှာတွင် ကြေညာပါမယ်။ ဂျပန်ဥပဒေကို လိုက်နာပြီး အငြင်းပွားမှုများအတွက် လုပ်ငန်းရှင်၏ နေရာကို စီရင်ပိုင်ခွင့်ရှိသော ခရိုင်တရားရုံး (地方裁判所) ကို ပထမအဆင့် တရားရုံးအဖြစ် သတ်မှတ်ပါတယ်။ ဘာသာပြန်များ ကွဲလွဲပါက ဂျပန်ဘာသာ မူကို အခြေခံပါမယ်။
利用規約
第1条（本サービス）
SHWE Marketplace（以下「本サービス」）は、利用者同士が物品・求人・住まい・サービスの情報を掲載し連絡を取り合うための場（プラットフォーム）を提供するものです。売買その他の契約は利用者間で成立し、運営者は当事者となりません。本サービスは代金を預からず、手数料も受け取りません。
第2条（アカウント）
利用者は正確な情報で登録するものとし、アカウントを第三者に譲渡・貸与・売買してはなりません。
第3条（禁止事項）
- 禁止されている出品物の掲載
- 詐欺、先払いの強要、なりすまし
- 地下送金（Hundi）その他無登録の送金・両替サービス
- 求職者からの手数料徴収、就労資格のない者の雇用（職業安定法・出入国管理及び難民認定法）
- 権限のない又貸し、免許のない仲介（宅地建物取引業法）
- 嫌がらせ、スパム、他人の個人情報の掲載
- その他、法令または公序良俗に反する行為
第4条（求人・住まいの投稿）
求人および住まいの投稿は、運営者の確認後に掲載されます。確認は投稿内容の正確性を保証するものではありません。
第5条（投稿の削除・利用停止）
運営者は、本規約に違反すると判断した場合、事前の通知なく投稿の削除・非表示、アカウントの利用停止を行うことができます。法令に基づく要請がある場合、関係機関に情報を提供することがあります。
第6条（免責）
利用者間の取引、品物の品質、代金の支払い等に関する紛争は当事者間で解決するものとします。運営者は、故意または重過失がある場合を除き、これらについて責任を負いません。
第7条（規約の変更・準拠法・管轄）
本規約を変更する場合は本ページで告知します。本規約は日本法に準拠し、本サービスに関する紛争は運営者の所在地を管轄する地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。翻訳版との間に相違がある場合は日本語版が優先します。
Terms of Use
1. The Service
SHWE Marketplace (the “Service”) is a platform where users post information about items, jobs, rooms and services and contact each other. Any sale or other contract is made between users; we are not a party to it. The Service never holds money and charges no commission.
2. Accounts
Register with accurate information. You may not sell, lend or transfer your account to anyone else.
3. Prohibited conduct
- Posting any prohibited item
- Fraud, demanding advance payment, impersonating others
- Hundi or any other unregistered money transfer or exchange service
- Charging job seekers fees, or hiring people who are not allowed to work in Japan (Employment Security Act, Immigration Control Act)
- Subletting without permission or unlicensed real-estate brokering (Real Estate Brokerage Act)
- Harassment, spam, or posting other people's personal information
- Anything else that breaks the law or public order
4. Job and room posts
Job and room posts are shown only after our team checks them. This check does not guarantee that a post is accurate.
5. Removal and suspension
If we decide that you broke these terms, we may remove or hide your posts and suspend your account without notice. We may share information with authorities when the law requires it.
6. Disclaimer
Users settle disputes about trades, item quality or payment between themselves. Except in cases of our intent or gross negligence, we are not responsible for such disputes.
7. Changes, governing law and court
We will announce changes to these terms on this page. These terms are governed by Japanese law, and the district court with jurisdiction over the operator's location is the exclusive court of first instance. If translations differ, the Japanese version prevails.
